The deliverables vary depending on the service you purchase. Each service includes a description of what is included and the files you will receive. If you have any questions before placing your order, feel free to ask.
For logo design, you will receive all the essential files needed to use, reproduce, and scale your logo for both print and digital applications. This typically includes vector files (.eps) along with high-resolution PNG and JPG versions in various sizes.
For most other graphic design services, you will receive the final approved artwork in the formats required for its intended use. If your project includes editable templates (such as Canva or Affinity), those files will also be provided as specified in the service description or proposal.
As is standard practice in the design industry, the original working files (such as .AFDESIGN, .AFPHOTO, .CDR, or other editable source files) are not included unless otherwise specified in the proposal or agreement.
Every logo project begins with a questionnaire designed to help me understand your business, your goals, your audience, and your preferences. Once I receive your responses, the design process typically follows these steps:
Complete the questionnaire as thoroughly as possible before our first discussion.
Review your answers together to clarify any questions and identify opportunities.
Research your industry, gather ideas, and begin developing design concepts.
Present the initial logo concepts during a live meeting, discussing each one individually while narrowing down the strongest directions.
Refine the selected concepts based on your feedback.
Present revised versions, review additional variations if needed, and continue refining the design until a final concept is selected.
Once the logo is approved in black and white, develop the color palette and prepare the final deliverables.

May I contact your clients for references?
Absolutely. Many of our clients have shared their experiences through testimonials featured on our website. If you would like to contact a client whose work appears in our Portfolio or Testimonials, you're welcome to do so. We simply ask that you contact them by email whenever possible to avoid interrupting their daily business operations.
No. The graphic design work is personally created by me (IDEASLady). When a project requires specialized services outside my area of expertise, such as professional photography, illustration, packaging, 3D modeling, or commercial printing, I work with trusted partners while remaining your primary point of contact and overseeing the project from start to finish.
It depends on the type of project.
If the artwork is created using photographs, logos, or other graphics that you provide, you retain ownership of your original materials. You also own the final design created for you and may use it as you wish. IDEAS retains the copyright to the design itself.
If royalty-free images or other licensed assets are incorporated into your project, you own the final design created for you, but not the individual stock images or licensed assets. Those remain subject to their respective license agreements, which may include usage or print quantity restrictions.
If we design your logo, it becomes your property. You receive a perpetual license to use it, register it as a trademark, and authorize others to use it on your behalf. We retain the copyright to the original artwork as its creator, which allows us to protect the integrity of the design and our authorship. You will never be charged additional fees to continue using your logo.
