This customer uses a software called "Atrex" for the store inventory management and CRM. Atrex offers an "add-on" to export automatically to Zen Cart. Orders and customers are also synced through the system. Includes a 5 levels pricing for his merchandise that comes from Atrex. Meaning that the government, will see government prices, while the retail and technicians will see theirs. Other configurations are also embedded as taxes and delivery options.
